Project Brief
Elizabeth Blau is one of Las Vegas premiere restaurateurs in a field where women are severely underrepresented in leadership roles. Following the massive COVID’s massive disruption, we join Elizabeth as she uses her talent and community to remain strong during this challenging time for the hospitality industry.
“Elizabeth Blau” was produced in partnership with global flatware manufacturer Steelite International. It premiered as part of their Virtual #SteeliteExperience.
